Security Deposit: $100 (refundable, subject to no damages)

Setup/Tear Down Service: Available at $50 per service
Decoration Policy: Only thumb tacks permitted for decorations
Staff Availability: Event staff on-site during the event
Alcohol Policy: If alcohol is served at the event, an additional security
personnel is required at a charge of $20 per hour
